We provide primary care as well as specialized services to our patients such as podiatry, obstetrics and gynecology, chiropractic medicine, and geriatric-centered care.

Another service offered to the community is the triage line and nurse only appointments. The triage line is answered by a registered nurse and is available to patients who need information regarding their care and/or to discuss symptoms and make same day appointments if it is deemed necessary. The nurse only schedule is available to patients who need specific cares that can be performed by a nurse without seeing a medical provider. Examples of cares that can be scheduled with nursing are: immunizations, suture removal, dressing changes, wound care, blood pressure and other vital sign assessments, allergy injections and contraception injections.

We encourage all of our patients to choose a primary provider and seek care with that provider as much as possible. We have a full-time medical receptionist that can assist with making medical, physical therapy and chiropractor appointments and provide any needed forms a patient may be required to fill out.

The triage nurse can be reached at (715)-793-5087. Messages are returned in order of importance. We do not have walk-in hours and any patient walking in will be triaged through the triage nurse and are not guaranteed an appointment that day. We encourage all patients to call the triage line so they can wait for assistance in the comfort of their own home.
