General Information
The dental clinic consists of six operatories and a panoramic x-ray room. Our staff consists of two dentists, two full time hygienist, four dental assistants and a dental office specialist. The dental clinic offers digital x-rays and electronic dental records.

Services
The dental clinic offers a full range of services for children and adults including: exams, x-rays, cleanings, sealants, periodontal therapy, extractions, root canal fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
How will the bills get paid?
Services will be paid by the Tribal Sponsorship Program upon the availability of funds, relative medical priority, and accessibility of alternative resources (i.e. Medicare, MA, primary insurance Coverage, State Programs that would be of no cost to the patient). *If you are referred by the authorizing TSP official to apply for these types of assistance, documentation of the denial/approval of the programs are required before Tribal Sponsorship Program Funds are obligated. Non Compliance with these requests will result in a denial from the Tribal Sponsorship. Appeals for denials are stated on the denial statement.

Emergencies
If you feel that you are having a life threatening emergency, you should seek medical treatment immediately. Either dial 911 or seek treatment at an ER or Urgent Care Clinic. If you are having a non-life-threatening dental emergency, please call our clinic during normal business hours at (715) 793-5019. We will do our best to appoint you in a timely manner. We also offer a recall program to help maintain continuity of care.
