On Monday, June 30, 2008, the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Council held a Special Tribal Council Meeting and at that time the following motions were made and carried:

Add: Discussion on Rebranding of Casino

Motion by Scott R. Vele to approve the Special Tribal Council Meeting agenda of Monday, June 30, 2008, as revised and presented.

Seconded by Gregory L. Miller. Motion carried.

Award Low Voltage Cabling-Bill Hentges and Michael Olujic

Motion by Scott R. Vele to accept the bid of award of the low voltage cabling RFP as recommended by the Owner’s Representative, Casino Manager and reviewed by Tribal Council, the partnership of Town and Country Electric and Reliable Security Systems, not to exceed $700,000.00, coming out of North Star Casino’s Capital Line Item and the New Casino Project’s budget.

Seconded by Gregory L. Miller. Motion carried.

Approve RFP for Signage-Bill Hentges and Michael Olujic

Motion by Terrie K. Terrio to approve the request for proposals for the signage system as corrected, for the new casino project.

Seconded by Scott R. Vele. Motion carried.
