On Wednesday, June 11, 2008, the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Council held a Special Tribal Council Meeting and at that time the following motions were made and carried:
APPROVAL OF AGENDA-
Add: NJ Litigation to Executive Session
Manure Pit Issue to Regular Session
Motion by Scott R. Vele to approve the Special Tribal Council Meeting agenda of Wednesday, June 11, 2008, as revised and presented.
Seconded by Shannon Holsey. Motion carried.
MANURE PIT ISSUE-Jack Hietpas
No action taken at this time, Jack is going to work with legal to get an addendum or amendment drafted for approval after Executive Session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION-
Motion by Scott R. Vele to go into Executive Session.
Seconded by Gregory L. Miller. Motion carried at 10:31 AM.
Motion by Scott R. Vele to come out of Executive Session.
Seconded by Gregory L. Miller. Motion carried at 11:41 AM.
While in Executive Session discussion was held on a couple of litigation issues one for New Jersey and one for New York and the value management review for the new casino project.
Motion by Scott R. Vele to authorize the President to initiate the legal action as needed in the State of New Jersey.
Seconded by Gregory L. Miller. Motion carried.

Motion by Scott R. Vele to have the owner’s rep initiate the value management savings as outlined and identified in the yes columns discussed and agreed to by the Tribal Council, Owner’s rep and legal department with the exception of line numbers 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 of Page one and 12 and 13 on Page two.
Seconded by Shannon Holsey.
Motion maker amends motion to state: in the value management document of 6/10/2008.
Second concurs. Motion carried.
Motion by Scott R. Vele to authorize Walsh Bishop to design and development the water feature design as presented in Minnesota for the new casino project.
Seconded by Terrie K. Terrio. Motion carried.
Motion by Scott R. Vele to have Legal prepare an addendum to the original contract for MG/MG Construction, not to exceed $1155.00 for the close out of the Manure Problem on the Vanderlinden Farm.
Seconded by Terrie K. Terrio. Motion carried.
