Vele to go along with the Vichow Krause to move to Hartford for the Life, Accident, Death, Dismemberment, Long Term Disability and Long Term Life and leaving the dental fund rates and employee contributions where they are and for medical to increase 7.27% in employer and employees contribution and to renew the current administrators of Delta Dental and Auxiant and to go with the disclosure with the stoploss carrier CHUBB to be implemented by the Human Resources Director, John Miller. Motion by Terrie K. Terrio to authorize the Tribal President to sign the children’s Trust Agreement between the Stockbridge-Munsee Community and Marshall & Isley Trust Company. Seconded by Scott R. Vele. Motion carried.

Motion by Terrie K. Terrio to approve the Stockbridge-Munsee Community children’s trust investment policy statement. Seconded by Scott R. Vele. Motion carried.

Motion by Scott R. Vele to authorize the budget modification request from the Education Director, Jolene Bowman, to come out Tribal Government. Seconded by Shannon Holsey.

Motion by Scott R. Vele to authorize the President signature to resolution number 060-07 which is the Indian Reservation Roads Program Coordinating Committee Midwest Region representative: whereas, the Secretary will accept only nominations for tribal representatives and alternates officially selected by tribes in each of the four BIA regions for a 3-year term; and, whereas, each tribal regional representative must be a tribal governmental official or employee with authority to act for the tribal government, now therefore be it resolved, that the Stockbridge-Munsee Community, Band of Mohican Indians hereby supports the nomination of Ben Banfield, Transportation Planner for the Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians as the primary member and also nominates William Miller, Roads Manager for the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohican Indians as an alternate member for the Midwest Region. Seconded by Terrie K. Terrio. Motion carried.
