On Monday, July 30, 2007 the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Council held a Special Tribal Council Meeting and at that time the following motions were made and carried.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA-
Motion by Jolene Bowman to approved the Special Tribal Council Meeting of Monday, July 30, 2007. Seconded by Wallace A. Miller. Motion carried.
CHAPTER 22, FORESTRY (for posting)-
Motion by Wallace A. Miller to post Chapter 22, Forestry. Seconded by Shannon Holsey.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Staff Attorney-John Miller
Motion by Wallace A. Miller to approve the job description for Staff Attorney with the changes noted in qualifications two and three and posted until filled. Seconded by Shannon Holsey. Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION-
Motion by Wallace A. Miller to go into Executive Session. Seconded by Shannon Holsey. Motion carried at 8:48 AM.
Motion by Scott R. Vele to come out of Executive Session. Seconded by Jolene Bowman. Motion carried at 1:40 PM.
Motion by Jolene Bowman to direct the Executive Director to revise the policies and procedures and to prepare a plan to reconcile customer accounts for the LP Gas Company for the Tribal Council approval by Friday, August 3, 2007 at Noon. Seconded by Shannon Holsey.
Roll Call: Terrie yes, Jolene yes, Sterling yes, Wally yes, Shannon yes and Scott opposed. Motion carried.
