Vele to approve the request of the Manager of the Stockbridge-Munsee Elderly Services to allow all non-native elders to participate in the 21^st Annual Chemon Fishing Derby, to fish at the Stockbridge-Munsee Park on June 28^th, hours of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Seconded by Jolene Bowman. Motion carried.

Motion by Jolene Bowman to go along with the request for a change in budget, take money out of Utilities and create a new line item called Tribal Donations for Little Star. Seconded by Terrie K. Terrio.

Vele to approve resolution 032-07, which is the Updated Long Range TIP Plan, Therefore Be It Resolved that the Tribal Council of the Stockbridge-Munsee Community, does hereby amend the Updated Long Range Tribal Transportation Plan dated February, 2006 by adding the attached amendment and the following roadways to Tables 5.01-1 and 5.02-01, with the Secretary please attaching them for the President’s signature. Seconded by Terrie K. Terrio. Motion carried.
