On Tuesday, May 4th, 2007, the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Council held a Regular Tribal Council Meeting and at that time the following motions were made and carried:
APPROVAL OF AGENDA-
Motion by Scott to approve the Special Tribal Council Meeting of Friday, May 4, 2007, the agenda as written. Seconded by Wallace A. Miller. Motion carried.
COMMUNITY COMPLAINT POLICY-
Motion by Scott R. Vele to approve the Community Complaints policy as reviewed by the Tribe. Seconded by Terrie K. Terrio. Motion carried.
Motion by Scott R. Vele to approve the Stockbridge-Munsee Head Start Policy Council & Procedure for handling Community Complaints, Head Start Internal Dispute Resolution Policy, the Head Start Hiring and Termination Procedure along with the Program Governance Policy that have been reviewed by legal, presented by the Head Start Policy Council Member and reviewed by Tribal Council. Seconded by Shannon Holsey.
Motion maker amends motion to: strike under General Statements 2), either and or terminate. Second concurs.
Motion maker amends motion to: under Termination Process, under 3), to eliminate the last sentence. Second concurs. Motion carried.

Motion by Scott R. Vele to adjourn. Seconded by Wallace A. Miller. Motion carried at 10:27 AM.
