On Monday, January 29, 2007, the Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Council held a Special Tribal Council Meeting and at that time the following motions were made and carried:
APPROVAL OF AGENDA-
ADD
: North Star Casino and Bingo Capital Expenditure RequestMotion by Scott R. Vele to approve the revised Special Tribal Council meeting agenda as presented. Seconded by Sterling Schreiber. Motion carried.
2007 TRIBAL WILDLIFE GRANT-Alan Natachu, Bob Frank and Mike Micik
Item moved into Executive Session
EXECUTIVE SESSION-
Motion by Scott R. Vele to go into Executive Session. Seconded by Sterling Schreiber. Motion carried at 10:15 A.M.
Motion by Scott R. Vele to go back into regular session. Seconded by Terrie K. Terrio. Motion carried at 10:44 A.M.
2007 TRIBAL WILDLIFE GRANT-Alan Natachu, Bob Frank and Mike Micik
Motion by Terrie K. Terrio to approve resolution 026-07 it’s a Fish and Wildlife Project Grant with a cash match by the Tribe. Seconded by Sterling Schreiber.
Roll Call: Terrie yes, Jolene yes, Sterling yes, Shannon yes and Scott no. Motion carried.
WIPFLI AUDIT-Ken Davids, Janet Miller and Darcy Malone
Motion by Terrie K. Terrio to approve the 2006 audit of the bingo and the casino including the gaming security integrity audit for Mohican North Star Casino and Bingo.
Seconded by Shannon Holsey.
Roll Call: Terrie yes, Jolene abstains, Sterling yes, Shannon yes and Scott no. Motion carried.
NORTH STAR CASINO CAPITAL EXPENDITURE REQUEST-Steve Davids
Motion by Terrie K. Terrio to accept the recommendations of the Management of the Mohican North Star Casino to purchase the MIS equipment, installation and configuration service from RMM Solutions. Seconded by Shannon Holsey.
Roll Call: Terrie yes, Jolene yes, Sterling yes, Shannon yes and Scott opposed. Motion carried.
